URL and e-mail Forwarding is not working why?

To use our services (url & e-mail forwarding) our nameservers have to appear at the end of the whois query of your domain, If no nameservers appear in the whois query, do the following to update the Nameserver records with our nameservers:
THIS WILL RESET YOUR CURRENT SETTINGS.


1.Login in your domain control panel choose Nameservers, then in the Use option select Your own NameServers leave blank the Custom NameServers fields and press Modify, press ok in any Warning message.

2.From the control panel Main page choose NameServers, then in the Use option select Our NameServers and press Modify.

3.Wait few seconds and make a whois query (register/check domain) if you see our nameservers you can use our services.
